Project Objective

Build customer trust through relevant, engaging content which educates customers to drive sales.

Design Activities

Discovery Workshop

Starting with the discovery workshop we worked closely with Klosters to understand their customers, what their goals were for the project and what they wanted to achieve.

User Mapping

We took away all these discoveries and mapped the user flow from their different entry points and how we could take them from a research to a converted customer.

Rapid Sketching

We started by defining all of the different content blocks we needed. This allowed us to rapidly try different layoutsand content blocks quickly and re order them.


From the user flow exercise we began prototyping using Axure to develop high-level wireframes for the whole site.

Visual Design

Using Photoshop I produced the User Interface extending the existing brand to suit mobile and desktop interfaces.
